Geraldine did a superb job working with me at proSapient where, as a new chairman, I was keen to improve the communication and effectiveness of my senior leadership team. The off-site team development day was excellent. Highlighting where our challenges were and in some places lack of capacity as a team to deal with those challenges.  The offsite was successful because everybody trusted Geraldine. She didn’t have an agenda of her own and ensured that everyone had a voice and the real issues got flushed out despite the “big personalities” in the room (myself included!).  

The follow up live-coaching in our Executive Meetings really helped ensure the lessons from the offsite were kept front of mind. We remain a work in progress but Geraldine has helped massively in moving us forward at a critical stage in our growth.
