Creating harmony; smoothing hackles; hearing all the views

With 25 years business experience, mostly in international hospitality, plus some time in professional services and construction. I’ve lead teams, projects and change initiatives in the Middle East, Far East, Eastern Europe and here in the UK.

I bring my experiences from this and my consultancy work to my current clients. These range from country teams in Shanghai to executives in London via intact teams in Johannesburg and many places in-between! I’m currently working with clients in banking, FMCG, oil & gas, the hotel and charity sectors.

I’m accredited by the International Coaching Federation, licensed for the Leadership Practices Inventory and qualified in the Team Emotional Intelligence Survey. All this builds on my development as an Organisational & Relationship Systems Coach and Gestalt facilitator.

As well as learning and developing my professional skills, I’m also learning to paint – a process I’m finding both joyful and frustrating!
